Hong Kong's burger scene mixes chef-led bars, home-grown smash-burger shops and local chains, with ideas from Japanese and Hong Kong cooking turning up in beef tongue, Sichuan-spiced and pineapple-bun burgers. Many spots open late, and prices run from low-cost takeaway counters to Wagyu specialists.

The Diplomat's Ozaki Wagyu cheeseburger ranked fourth in the World's 101 Best Burger Places 2026. Burger Circus smashes USDA Prime patties on Hollywood Road, Honbo has served smash burgers in Wan Chai since 2017, Flat Iron Burger brings Black Angus smash burgers to Harbour City, Kabo Burger is known for sous-vide patties and Big Pink Burgers grinds beef by hand in Sai Kung.
