BUNZ is a recent arrival on Hillier Street in Sheung Wan, a mainly takeaway counter that brands its buns with its own logo. It made Foodie's 2026 burger list as one of the better-value options on Hong Kong Island, and the street is close to the Sheung Wan MTR exits, which helps with a quick pick-up.
The signature smash (from HK$75) has a hint of Sichuan spice and leans towards a greasy, satisfying style without going too far. For a local twist, the siu mai burger (HK$108) mashes up beef with crispy shrimp in a nod to the dim sum classic. The menu is short and built around these smash burgers, so ordering is quick.
Best for a quick lunch or a takeaway near the Sheung Wan offices. Prices are low for Hong Kong Island. As a new opening, its details are thin, so check hours before going. Halal status is not stated.
Hours and prices change, so please check with the restaurant before you go.
