Bangkok has one of Asia's strongest burger scenes, from dry-aged smash-burger shops and craft-beer bars to hotel diners and a burger omakase. Imported brands from Seoul, Amsterdam and London sit alongside Thai-grown names, and several places open until 2am or 3am.
Highlights include 25 Degrees, named Lifestyle Asia's Best Burger in Bangkok in 2026, Homeburg's eight-seat burger omakase, Billy's Smokehouse and its Himawari wagyu triple cheeseburger, Smizzle Burger's Crusty Blondy, Arno's dry-aged Traditional Burger and Barney's Burger Joint, which often sells out in Ari.
The guide splits Bangkok into three areas: Sukhumvit, Thonglor and Ekkamai; Silom, Sathorn and Riverside; and Siam, Ploenchit and Ari. Each area is served by the BTS or MRT, which is usually quicker than a taxi in the evening. Hotel and mall spots such as 25 Degrees Bangkok and Burger & Lobster Bangkok are the easiest to reach without a plan.
