Homeburg is chef Taiki Rattanapong Tsubota's eight-seat counter up a back alley off Sukhumvit Soi 51, on the third floor. It started in 2018 as a pay-what-you-feel burger pop-up, then reopened as a booked-ahead burger omakase. It appears on Opinionated About Dining's casual Asia list, rising to tenth in 2025, and Ideal Magazine's August 2026 guide still ranks it among the city's best.
Dinner is a fixed menu of small courses built around the Homeburg Prototype #1: a Japanese milk bun, dashi cheese, pickled jalapeño paste, crispy bacon, rayu and house sauce. A rotating World Tour burger, such as the Emmy Burger with gochujang and caramelised onion, follows, with Ultrasonic Fries made from Chiang Mai potatoes. Starters have included a crystal beef taco and a Denver steak plate. Ideal Magazine puts the set at about ฿4,100.
A date-night booking rather than a walk-in. Seatings are fixed, reservations go through Instagram and are paid in advance, and it closes on Tuesday and Wednesday. The casual spin-off, Bun Meat & Cheese, is at The Commons Saladaeng.
