25 Degrees Bangkok

25 Degrees has run on the ground floor of Pullman Bangkok Hotel G on Silom Road since 2004, with a red-and-black room styled on old American diners, vintage photos on the walls and big screens showing sport around the clock. It never closes, which makes it one of the few serious burger options in the city at 3am. The hotel promotes it as the winner of Lifestyle Asia's Best Burger in Bangkok award.

Burgers use 200g of chopped US sirloin on buns baked in-house. The numbered signatures are the draw: Number One with caramelised onion, crescenza, gorgonzola, bacon and Thousand Island; Number Two with burrata, crispy prosciutto and pesto; and the Barbecue Burger with onion ring and house BBQ sauce, all at B395. You can also build your own with turkey, Kurobuta pork, salmon or Beyond Meat. Truffle fries and boozy milkshakes round things off.

Good for late-night groups and anyone staying around Silom. A weekday lunch set (burger, fries and drink) starts at B380, and signature burgers are buy-one-get-one-free between midnight and 5am. Delivery runs via GrabFood and LINE MAN.
