Prime Burger Sukhumvit

Prime Burger is a Thai brand that has grown to 25 locations across Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Phuket, Krabi and Koh Samui, and the Sukhumvit Road branch is its best-known Bangkok outlet. Time Out included it in its 2025 round-up of Bangkok's best smash burgers, noting that the fast-food set-up still takes sourcing seriously.

Australian beef is ground fresh every day and smashed on the grill. Burgers are named after cities: the New York with double American cheese, onion and pickles; the Stockholm with pickled red onions and Prime sauce; the Paris with smoked bacon, Dijon and truffle mayo; and the Bangkok with pickled jalapeños and chilli mayo, at around B262 each. Doubles are the recommended size. There are chicken, fish, vegetarian and Beyond Meat options, so mixed groups are easy.
