Canggu & Pererenan

Canggu and Pererenan are Bali's surf-and-cafe coast, with Batu Bolong, Echo Beach and Berawa lined with casual restaurants, so burgers here are relaxed, often late and usually a short ride from the beach.

BB52 Burgers serves chef-driven burgers on house-baked buns, including The OG on a pretzel bun, until 3am. Burger Brothers is an American-style diner with three Canggu-area branches, known for Brotato chips and milkshakes. Naked Bun at Echo Beach serves a three-cheese burger with fondue for dipping. Mr.Smash Burger in Tibubeneng offers sizes from S to XXL with up to five patties, and Burgrlink in Berawa is a pork-free smash counter open until 3am with a cheese-stuffed Juicy Lucy.

Roads around Batu Bolong and Berawa are narrow and jam at sunset, so a scooter or ride-hailing bike is the easiest way around. Parking is mostly roadside for scooters. Late-night slots at BB52 and Burgrlink avoid the dinner rush.
