BB52 opened on Jl. Batu Mejan in Canggu in 2023 with a simple brief: do the ordinary burger unusually well. The kitchen bakes its own buns and makes its own pickles, sauces, kombucha and vegan patties, and avoids artificial colours and preservatives. The room is modern and no-fuss, and the Honeycombers named it its editor's pick for Bali burgers in its 2026 guide.
The OG is the order most people come back for: a 170g Aussie beef patty with cheese, Emmy sauce, sour pickles and caramelised onion on a pretzel bun (Rp120k). The Big M stacks two 90g patties with shredded lettuce and pickled zucchini, the Chicken Big M doubles the crispy chicken, and the house-smoked Pastrami Burger is the splurge. Truffle parmesan fries and homemade nuggets are the sides to get.
Good for a late feed, as every outlet runs until 3am and the Canggu and Uluwatu shops stay open to 4am at weekends. Plant-based diners get a quinoa patty and a mushroom-brie Earth Burger. Other branches are in Uluwatu (Jl. Labuan Sait), Ungasan, Ubud (Jl. Suweta), Kerobokan, plus a delivery-only kitchen in Jimbaran.
