Pan Burger

Pan Burger was set up by Mark Jones, executive chef at The Nai Harn resort, and his wife Pan, in a row of shophouses in Koh Kaew. It is close to one of Phuket's largest international schools, and Time Out Phuket notes it gets busy around school pick-up time. It featured in Time Out's June 2026 list of the island's best burger joints.

The menu moves from familiar classics to more adventurous combinations, and the Gorgonzola Cheese Burger is the one singled out, with the blue cheese cutting through a juicy beef patty. Start there, then try one of the more inventive specials on a return visit.

Well suited to families in the Koh Kaew and Kathu area or anyone heading north from Phuket Town. Arrive outside the school-run rush for an easier table. Opening times differ between sources, so check before a late visit. Halal status has not been confirmed.
