Stacked

Stacked is a sit-down burger restaurant on South Chaweng Beach Road and one of Koh Samui's longest-running burger names. Big Seven Travel ranked it third in its list of Thailand's best burgers, noting the size of the builds, and it takes table bookings for groups and celebrations through its website.

The house burger, Stacked, doubles everything: beef, bacon, cheddar and salad on a single bun. The Cowboy adds onion rings, BBQ sauce and smoked bacon on a black sesame bun, Samui Bad Boy is slow-cooked pulled pork with salsa verde, and the Larb Gai burger brings Thai spice to crispy chicken. Save-A-Cow is a grilled vegetable option, and there are more than 15 extra toppings plus waffle, curly and sweet potato fries.

Good for groups and families in Chaweng, with a kids' menu and gluten-free and lactose-free cheese on request. Open daily from noon, with last kitchen orders at 9pm. Bacon and pulled pork are on the menu, so it is not halal.
