Ye Olde Cow is one of Singapore's few true food trucks: a bright orange American-style van that usually parks behind the lyf One-north building, opposite an exit of one-north MRT, with tables set up beside it. It has run since early 2023 and placed in Eatbook's July 2026 ranking of the best burgers in Singapore.
The burgers use dry-aged Australian beef, smashed thin on the griddle. The Classic (S$20) brings two patties, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and house burger sauce, and is the one regulars come back for. The OG swaps in caramelised onions and mayo, the Traditional uses a different sauce, and the Moozarella (S$16) features grilled mozzarella. Cheese fries and lemonade round out the order.
It suits a weekday lunch for the one-north office crowd or a casual evening bite. The truck moves for events and follows a weekly schedule posted on its website, so check before travelling. It is not halal-certified.
