About

Waffl. is a small Muslim-owned cafe in a Jurong East HDB block, run by Lutfil and Joshua, who had no restaurant experience when they started at a food court in Tekka Place. They moved to Jurong East and, in 2025, shifted to their current unit. Seth Lui reviewed it again in June 2026.

The burgers use savoury buttermilk waffles in place of buns. The Smoked Salmon Waffl. Burger and the Kimchi Chicken Waffl. Burger both cost S$11.90, and come with sides such as cheesy chips. Drinks lean sweet, with iced Matcha and Milo lava milk at S$6.50, and there are dessert waffles for those who want something lighter. Expect to spend between about S$5 and S$12 a head.

It suits students and night owls in the west, since it opens at 4pm and stays open until 12.30am on most nights. It is closed on Tuesdays. The owners are Muslim, but we could not find a MUIS halal certificate, so ask at the counter if that matters to you.
