Ordinary Burgers is a burger kiosk brand from the people behind Stuff'd, set up to sell no-frills burgers at prices closer to fast food. It became halal-certified in 2020, and its current outlets at Sun Plaza in Sembawang and at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital in Jurong East are both listed in the MUIS halal directory.
The Ordinary Buttermilk, a breaded buttermilk chicken patty, was the best seller when Eatbook reviewed it, priced at S$5.90. The Double Beef Burger cost S$10.20, and the range also covers a fish fillet, an Ebi Prawn Burger, a portobello mushroom burger and a plant-based Impossible burger. French fries and onion rings are the sides. These prices date from 2020 and have probably risen.
It suits families and shoppers in the north who want a quick, certified halal burger. Seating is limited at the kiosks, so takeaway is common. The second outlet is on level 2 of Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
