Aldi's Burger

Aldi's Burger is the burger shop run by actor and singer Aldi Taher from a house-front unit behind Pizza Hut in Cempaka Putih Timur, Central Jakarta. It went viral in early 2026 on the back of his comment-spamming marketing, and detikFood, Zetizen and other outlets covered it repeatedly between March and July 2026, including an apology over one under-filled order. Expect queues and a lot of boxed takeaway.

The burgers are named after Oasis. The Brother Burger has a 60g patty for about Rp24,000, the Big Brother steps up to 100g for Rp29,000, and the Gallagher carries a 250g patty for Rp65,000. Cheese or mozzarella can be added. These are simple, soft-bun beef burgers rather than gourmet creations, and the value is the point.

Best for a quick, cheap bite or a novelty stop if you are in Central Jakarta. It opens daily from 9am to 10pm. Halal status is not formally stated, so check with the shop. For something more chef-led nearby, Jungen Joint in Pasar Baru is a short drive away.
