Daring Deli

Daring Deli opened in 2025 on Prapanca Raya, a few doors from Dan's Burgers, and quickly became part of the street's burger run. The space is trendy and compact, and the concept leans on Asian flavours applied to familiar burgers and deli sandwiches, with house recipes rather than straight American copies.

The Valkyrie is the crowd favourite: a beef patty with signature sauce, mushrooms, cheddar and crunchy crumbs. The Krabby Patty swaps beef for fried soft-shell crab with coconut herb salad and lime sesame dressing. Outside burgers, the Miso Mushroom & Cheese sandwich is worth a look, and desserts are made in collaboration with Ginchoux.
