Burger Circus is Black Sheep Restaurants' take on the late-19th-century American diner: a long dining room shaped like a train carriage, red-topped stools, booths, and servers in white aprons and black bow ties. It sits on Hollywood Road at the Central end of Soho and takes walk-ins only.
The burgers use six ounces of smashed USDA Prime beef on toasted soft buns. The American Cheeseburger (around HK$88–98) comes with Wisconsin cheddar, tomato, pickles and Circus sauce; there is also a Classic, a Crispy Chicken Burger with garlic chilli mayo and a Veggie Burger. Bacon, fried egg and jalapeños are add-ons, and a fries-and-soda combo turns it into a full meal. A rotating Burger of the Month brings in guest-chef recipes, and the milkshakes and house-made sodas are part of the draw.
Works for a casual group dinner or a late bite after Soho drinks. Bacon is on the menu, so it is not halal. Delivery runs through Black Sheep's own ordering site.
