Swag & Sizzle

Swag & Sizzle is a small Tanjong Pagar shopfront on Cantonment Road run by two former executive chefs from French steak-frites restaurant L'Entrecôte. The set-up is casual, with counter ordering and simple tables, but the cooking leans on restaurant technique rather than hawker shortcuts.

The Smash Burger (S$14.90) stacks two beef patties with cheddar, bacon jam and a spicy tartare sauce, and comes with well-salted thin-cut fries. The hanger steak with green chimichurri (S$21.90) is the other big seller, and the chicken roulade with spinach and wild mushroom (S$11.90) is a lighter option. All-day breakfast plates such as a croque monsieur are also on the menu.

It suits a quick lunch near Tanjong Pagar MRT or an inexpensive weeknight dinner. Bacon jam means it is not halal. Hours have been reported differently since opening in 2025, with some guides listing daily service, so check Instagram before going on a Monday.
