Smash Street opened on Amoy Street in April 2026, a few doors from Scarpetta, the Italian restaurant whose team runs it. It is a compact, no-frills room of about 14 seats, walk-in only, with a griddle doing most of the work and a short menu that keeps queues moving at lunch.
The Classic (S$14++) is two smashed beef patties with melted cheese in a toasted potato bun; the House (S$17++) adds a third patty and another slice. Pickles and jalapeño are free, onion relish is S$2 and bacon S$3. Sides are twice-fried thin fries and onion rings at S$6 each, and chicken poppers with chilli crunch aioli at S$10.
It works best for a fast CBD lunch or an early dinner for one or two; larger groups will struggle for seats. Bacon is on the menu, so it is not halal. Opening hours have varied since launch, with some reports listing daily service, so check Instagram before making a special trip.
Hours and prices change, so please check with the restaurant before you go.
