Wild/Fire has been cooking burgers in Singapore for more than a decade, moving from Fort Canning to Robertson Quay and, in 2025, into a larger space at UE Square with its entrance on Mohamed Sultan Road. The new room is a modern grill with an open kitchen, wood-fired grills and a full bar of wines, craft beers and cocktails.
Burgers remain the draw. The 101 Cheeseburger (S$17) is the straightforward pick, while The Bear (S$20) is the richer signature; the Triple Bacon and Stone Axe wagyu burgers have long followings. The grill also turns out picanha (S$33) and beef tartare, and the dessert of fior di panna soft-serve with Oscietra caviar (S$25) is a talking point.
It suits a relaxed dinner for two or a small group before drinks along the river, and tables can be booked online. Bacon features heavily, so it is not halal. The kitchen closes on Mondays and takes last orders at 9pm.
