NBCB began as a weekend home-based business run by Tommy Wong, who started making cheeseburgers when his pregnant wife craved them. At its peak he was selling close to 300 burgers a day from home, and the brand now has a flagship on the fourth floor of Orchard Central, a short walk from Somerset MRT. Eatbook included it in its July 2026 burger guide.
Eatbook's pick is the DCB (S$19.90), a hefty double cheeseburger with beef patties, cheddar, greens and a smoky-sweet house burger sauce. Most single-patty burgers cost just over S$10, including the CCB chicken burger and the WTF, a fried fish burger with house-made tartar sauce. The potato of the day comes with truffle mayo, and milkshakes include a Horlicks flavour.
It works for a quick, good-value burger between shops on Orchard Road. NBCB is not halal-certified. The second outlet is at i12 Katong, 112 East Coast Road, which also sells a pandan coconut milkshake.
