Mo & Jo Sourdough Burgers comes from the team behind the Baker & Cook bakeries, and the bread is the point. Its buns are made with about 15 per cent sourdough, so they are lighter than a loaf but sturdier than brioche and hold heavy sauces without going soggy. The Peak listed it among Singapore's top burger spots in September 2026.
The classic Mo is a beef burger with cheddar and crispy bacon, and the Naughty CCC pairs fried chicken with camembert and cranberry sauce. Patties are handmade, with Australian grain-fed beef, fresh Australian barramundi, pulled pork, chicken and a vegetarian option, finished with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, house mayo, relish and pickles. Earlier reviews priced burgers at around S$16 to S$20, with curly or sweet potato fries on the side.
It suits a relaxed meal in the Dempsey enclave with a family or friends. Pork and bacon are on the menu, so it is not halal. Opening hours are not published on the brand page, so check before going.
