Fireplace by Bedrock

Fireplace by Bedrock is the open-fire sibling of Bedrock Bar & Grill, set on the third floor of One Holland Village. Most of the menu is steaks and meats cooked over a wood-fired grill, but since March 2026 the kitchen has run a dedicated burger lunch, and The Peak placed it among Singapore's top burger spots in September 2026.

Patties are ground from a blend of Australian wagyu chuck, brisket, short rib and striploin, then grilled over the fire. The Fireplace Ultimate Burger (S$24++) leads the list, alongside the Campfire Burger (S$20++), Talk of the Tongue with smoked beef tongue (S$22++) and the Dirty Duck (S$22++). Toppings across the range include grilled pineapple with hot-honey ranch, pork belly jam and apple ketchup. A half-portion side and a soft drink or coffee adds S$6.50++, and duck fat potatoes cost S$13++.

Burgers are served Monday to Saturday from noon to 3pm only, and the promotion was announced to run until 31 December 2026, so check before going. Pork is on the menu. Book through the website.
