OverEasy has occupied a waterfront unit at One Fullerton since 2009, styling itself as an all-American diner with a full bar. The room mixes red tiles, booths and neon with an outdoor terrace that looks across Marina Bay to the Sands and the ArtScience Museum, which makes it busy after work and at weekend brunch.

The burger to order is the To-Die-For, the house signature, with a truffle burger as the alternative; prices start from about S$20. The wider menu covers diner classics such as BBQ ribs, buffalo wings, beer can chicken and bourbon doughnut holes, plus milkshakes, cocktails and a weekday lunch menu aimed at the CBD.

It suits drinks and burgers with colleagues, a group catch-up or a casual date with a view; tables can be booked online and delivery is offered for home orders. Halal status is not stated. The bar stays open until 11pm daily, later than most of the area's burger options.
