Burgs grew from a hawker stall into several outlets, closed them, and reopened in May 2025 as a single shophouse on Bussorah Street, a short walk from the Sultan Mosque. The red shopfront and small dining room keep things simple: order, collect a tray and eat.
The Original (from S$11) is a classic cheeseburger, and The Bae Con (S$13.90) adds bacon; an extra patty is S$3.90. Big Bird is the fried chicken sandwich, and the Fish & Chips Burger (S$13.90) is an alternative. Sides matter here: Signature Cheese Fries (S$5.90) and Nuggies with kicap manis are the ones to share, washed down with homemade black lemonade.
It suits a cheap dinner while exploring Kampong Glam or a late bite, since it stays open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. Burgs presents itself as halal, but no MUIS certificate for this address was found, so check in store if certification matters to you.
