Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer

Black Tap is the Singapore outpost of the New York burger bar, now in its eighth year on the ground floor of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. In March 2026 it opened a 38-seat alfresco area with skyline views and became the first stop of its CrazySundae world tour.

The burger list runs from the All-American to the Texan Burger and the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, with patties in prime or wagyu beef, lamb, chicken and a falafel option for vegetarians. Most tables also order one of the CrazyShakes, the over-the-top milkshakes piled with sweets that made the brand famous, and the new CrazySundaes include Hella Hot Fudge and Bangkok Banana Crunch.

It suits families and visitors staying around Marina Bay who want a dependable burger with something theatrical for dessert. Bookings are taken through the Marina Bay Sands website. Weekend service starts at 11am. Halal status is not stated, and prices sit at the upper end of casual for the area.
