Backyard Smash Burger is a small evening operation on Jalan Setia Murni in Damansara Heights, one of the street-level smash burger spots that Tatler Asia picked out in its 2025 guide to the Klang Valley's best. It opens from 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and is set up more for takeaway and casual eating than a long sit-down meal.
The burger is a smoky smashed patty on a soft sesame bun with lettuce and house sauce. Add-ons are where you build it up: streaky beef bacon, extra cheese or a second patty. Keep it simple with a single on a first visit, then go double if the crust wins you over.
Good for a quick bite after work in Bukit Damansara or a late snack on the way home. Follow its Instagram for sell-outs and closures before you go, as hours at small stalls change. Halal status has not been confirmed.
