Le Burger

Le Burger opened in 2018 on the ground floor of the Alila SCBD hotel, next to Vong Kitchen, as a casual burger bar with a menu developed by father-and-son chefs Jean-Georges and Cédric Vongerichten. The room is dark and industrial with a long bar, and a patio looks out over the SCBD towers.

Burgers are named plainly. The Truffle Burger, with brie and a strong truffle hit, is the signature; the Cheese Burger and Shrimp Burger are the other regulars, all on soft potato buns with house-made patties. The Kimchi Dog, topped with long-aged kimchi, is a popular side order, as are the onion rings and Crazy Fries with cheese sauce and spicy mayonnaise. Burgers run from about Rp65,000 to Rp190,000.

Suits after-work drinks and late dinners, with craft beer, shakes and cocktails on the list. Reservations are taken through Chope. A 2026 guide gives the hotel name as Discovery Hotel SCBD, so check signage on arrival.
