Bobby's Burgers

Bobby's Burgers is the burger business of chef-turned-content-creator Ben Sumadiwiria, better known online as the spoiled billionaire's son Bobby Saputra. The first outlet opened at ASHTA District 8 in 2025, and the joke runs through the branding, from gold boxes to staff T-shirts, but the kitchen is serious about a simple American burger.

The Bobby's Double (Rp78,000) is the one to order: smashed beef patties, cheese, caramelised onions and the house Billionaire Sauce, a tangy, savoury Thousand Island-style dressing. The Bobby's Deluxe (Rp108,000) swaps in wagyu with lettuce and tomato. The fries are cooked in beef tallow (Rp38,000), and Filthy Fries come topped with a smashed patty and sauce. A Double-and-fries set costs Rp98,000.

Good for a fun, quick dinner in Senopati. The ASHTA outlet also serves chicken; other branches are at Lippo Mall Puri and Pondok Indah Mall 3, the latter a stripped-down burger-and-fries format.
