Kibo Smash Burger

Kibo Smash Burger sits on the second floor of Inori Ice, a gelato shop in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. detikFood reviewed it in November 2025 and gave it five out of five, praising the flavour of the smashed patty, and returned to it in both its November 2025 and April 2026 round-ups of the city's smash burgers. It is one of the few serious smash-burger counters in North Jakarta.

The menu is deliberately narrow: one burger, ordered with one, two or three patties. The favourite is the Double Trouble, with two beef patties, cheddar and caramelised onion, plus an optional honey mustard sauce. Prices run from Rp30,000 to Rp45,000 a portion, which makes it one of the cheapest good smash burgers in the city. Fries come on the same paper-lined plate.

It works best as a quick bite, and you can finish with gelato from Inori Ice downstairs. There is no published street address beyond the Inori Ice building, and hours and halal status are not stated, so check before you go, especially late in the day.
