Wacko has been on Jl. Drupadi for many years and is one of Seminyak's original burger cafes. The space is open-air and casual, and the menu is long. Alongside the classics with bacon, gherkins and cheese, its 'Next Generation Burgers' push into odd territory, which is the main reason people keep coming back.
The Quarter Pounder is the safe choice. The Korean Belly brings pork belly into the bun, the BMFC is the fried-chicken monster, and the Massive Attack carries a 500g beef patty for anyone who wants a challenge. The OMG adds sambal for local heat. Fries with gravy and milkshakes are the classic sides, and the kitchen also turns out pizzas.
Good for groups with mixed appetites, and it opens at 8.30am, so breakfast is on the table too. Burgers start at around Rp60k. Open daily until 10.30pm. There are no other branches.
