The Butchers Club brought its Hong Kong burger-and-steak concept to Petitenget, and the Bali outlet runs as an Australian industrial-style steakhouse. Steaks are mostly dry-aged, but the burgers are what put it on Bali's burger lists: patties are ground fresh every day from dry-aged Australian beef and never frozen, served in homemade buns.
Double Happiness is the famous one: two patties, double bacon and double cheese with grilled cheese sandwiches standing in for the bun, served with onion rings or fries. Wu-Tang Style is the other signature, and the pork belly and fish burgers have their fans. Add mac and cheese if you are going all in. Prices lean higher, with burgers from about Rp120k.
Works for a long, meaty dinner with drinks or a family meal, and the steaks cover anyone who does not want a burger. Groups of eight or more should book ahead. There are no other Bali branches.
Hours and prices change, so please check with the restaurant before you go.
