BO$$MAN sits next to Sisterfields on Jl. Kayu Cendana and leans hard into early-90s street culture: gold chains on the staff, loud hip-hop and a room with plenty of swagger. Behind the noise the cooking is serious. Patties are shaped daily from 60-day dry-aged chuck, pork is cooked low and slow for 18 hours, and the buns and sauces are made in-house.
The Numero Uno is the best-seller, with bacon, smoked cheddar, creole chutney, aioli and house-smoked BBQ sauce on a 160g patty. Dinero is the other beef favourite, while Winner Winner pairs buttermilk fried chicken with caramelised pineapple, cheddar and a sweet-and-sour BBQ sauce. Jalapeño poppers and loaded truffle fries are the sides people talk about.
It is one of the pricier burger joints in Bali but still well under Rp400k for a burger and side. The kitchen runs from 11am until 5am with last orders at 4am, which makes it a standard post-club stop. A second branch is on Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong No.69 in Canggu, and both deliver.
