2080 Burger started in 2020 as a small local business on Jl. Raya Uluwatu and has built its name on smoke. Beef is cooked over charcoal and the brisket goes for 18 hours, which gives the burgers a deeper, barbecue edge than most in Bali. The team has collected Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice awards and a Mitra Juara Gojek award along the way.
The Black Mamba is the signature: smoked brisket, Philly cheese, pork bacon, chilli jam and smoked onion in a charcoal bun. El Matador adds tortilla chips and jalapeño to an Australian beef patty, Metaverse puts brisket on top of a beef patty, and Fire Dragon is the hot fried-chicken option. Bacon-loaded fries and the brisket platter are worth sharing.
A casual, hole-in-the-wall room that suits a post-surf dinner on the Bukit. Vegetarians get a pulled oyster-mushroom burger with espresso BBQ sauce. Burgers start around Rp59k. There is a second Bali outlet in Sanur (Jl. Danau Poso No.100) and one in Ancol, Jakarta; all take delivery orders.
